A. Instructions for Cancellation

Introduction

Consumers, defined as individuals acting for purposes primarily outside their trade, business, craft, or profession, have the right to cancel any contract under the following conditions:

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without providing a reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day you or a third party (other than the carrier and specified by you) takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, please inform us (Amare Trading GmbH, ZurichSwitzerland, Phone: +41766294636, Email: info@gemsofamare.com) of your decision to cancel the contract through a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not required.

To meet the cancellation deadline, you only need to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right to cancel before the 14-day period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation

If you decide to cancel this contract, please note that no refunds will be issued. Instead, we will provide a store credit equal to the total amount of your original payment, which can be applied to future purchases with us. Delivery costs will also be issued as store credit (except for additional costs resulting from your selection of a more expensive delivery method than the standard option we offer). Store credit will be processed within fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of cancellation and after receipt of returned goods.

This store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

No Right of Return After 14 Days

Please note that once the 14-day cancellation period has expired, you will no longer have the right to return the goods.

You must return the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day you communicate your cancellation. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the end of the 14-day period.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the items.

Exclusion and/or Premature Expiration of the Right to Cancel

The right to cancel is excluded for contracts involving goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized items.

The right to cancel does not apply to consumers who, at the time of contract conclusion, are not nationals of a European Union member state and whose exclusive residence and delivery address are outside the European Union.
